From 30 signups a day to 1,000.
Dav Foundation needed to grow an email list fast ahead of a launch. Paid social was the channel; the question was whether it could scale without the cost per signup running away.
The situation
A launch deadline, a modest starting budget, and roughly 30 email signups a day from existing efforts.
What we found
The audience was right but the creative wasn't doing the work. Early ads explained the project; they didn't give anyone a reason to sign up today.
What we changed
We tested creative angles and hooks weekly, kept what converted, and built the audience structure so the winning ads could scale to a larger budget without losing efficiency.
What happened
Signups went from about 30 a day to about 1,000 a day, and the cost per signup held as the budget scaled. In Joe's words, "quick response, attention to detail, and straight up results."
“We went from 30 signups a day to 1,000.”
