Curo Pet Care · Meta ads

Meta ads for 60 veterinary practices. 27 booked out.

Curo Pet Care acquires, opens, and runs veterinary practices, each with its own brand, local team, and social presence. They came to us to run Meta ads for about five locations. The work grew as fast as they did.

The situation

Curo was growing fast, and every new practice added pages, people, budgets, and permissions to keep track of. Locations were spread across roughly six Meta Business Managers. Corporate staff needed access, local practice teams needed access, and so did we.

That left everyday questions nobody could answer quickly: why a page could post but not run ads, who had access to which location, which Business Manager owned which asset, and which locations and offers were live or paused. Former employees still held access in places, which made the cleanup a security issue as well as an operational one.

What we fixed first

Access, then tracking. We organized ownership and permissions across the Business Managers and cleaned up the backend. There was no reliable tracking foundation in place, so we built one before trying to scale spend.

What we built

A repeatable system rather than one-off campaigns. Each practice keeps its own identity, but the advertising runs on a template: once we learned which messages, offers, and creative worked in veterinary care, we applied that structure to every new location and customized the details.

It covers 20 or more active locations at a time, with location-specific branding and creative, opening-soon and now-open campaigns, new-patient offers, event promotions, geo-targeting by location, budgets and payment methods, and a running record of which campaigns are active, paused, or coming up.

What happened

As of July 2026 we have run Meta ads for 60 veterinary practices under the Curo umbrella. We helped launch more than 23 locations in a single year, and about 20 a year on average over the last two years.

More than 27 locations have paused their ads because the practice was booked out and had no capacity for more patients. That is the problem every growing business wants to have.

For a multi-location business, structure is what makes scale possible. Instead of starting from scratch each time a practice opens, Curo has a proven framework adapted by location, and keeps growing without losing control of the backend details that make paid ads work.
